Meet Vin

Vin joined the Lincoln Abstract team in 2020 bringing his extensive experience in handling residential and commercial real estate transactions. As Senior Real Estate Counsel he is responsible for conducting closings, closing management, title review, compliance, and client cultivation. He works with many of the best realtors, lenders, and title underwriters to ensure a seamless closing process for our clients.

After graduating from Bryant University, with Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration, Vin went on to earn his Juris Doctor Degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law. While in law school he interned with the Rhode Island Attorney General’s Office criminal division.

After earning his law degree he served as a Law Clerk with the Rhode Island Superior Court. Vin began in private practice working at two other offices including a national title company before opening his own title company and law firm. He successfully operated his own offices for fifteen years before transitioning to his current position with Lincoln Abstract. Vin has acted as an Of Counsel attorney for real estate matters to law firms in Rhode Island, California, and New Jersey and also served as a member of the Richmond Zoning Board of review for sixteen years sitting as its Chairman for the last eight years of his tenure. Vin is currently licensed to practice in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
